Where is the Cafeteria and when do we eat?

Located in the Hahn University Center
b'fast served from 7-8:30 for dorm residents

Where can I get coffee, bottled water, and snacks?

Where is the Bookstore/Post Office and what are its hours?

Where can I make copies?

Campus print shop behind Maher Hall
Bookstore has Xerox machines for student use
King's Printing, 5401 Linda Visa Rd. is great for big jobs

Where is the ATM?

On the west outside wall of Hahn University Center

Where can I get "on line"?

Aromas coffee shop until 3 pm (west end of Maher Hall)

Is there a pool, weight room and gym?

For Alcala Vista Apartment Residents

Review of Housing Accommodations:

Single Room: single person bedroom w/ private bath in a two-bedroom apartment

Towels, linens, and soap are provided for all rooms
Rooms do not include any extra amenities (no TV, VCR, microwaves, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, hangers, kitchen utensils or air conditioning) A television is located in lounge.
Laundry facilities are available. In order to purchase a laundry card you must make a $5 deposit, which will be reimbursed upon return of your laundry card. You must also place money on the card in order to do laundry; the lowest amount of money that you can place on a card at any one time is $5.
There is one central phone available in each apartment for campus calls and receiving calls. Local and long distance calls are made from pay phones. The area code is 619, and the phone number for each apartment is listed on the phone.
Each room is wired for Internet access with the use of an Ethernet card and an Ethernet cable. Please see a Summer Conference Staff member upon your arrival for a computer info packet, internet User ID and Password.
Vending machines are located in lounge.
The Jenny Craig Pavilion features a gym, locker room, and weight room. A pool and tennis courts are located adjacent to the Alcala Vista Apartments at the Sports Center.

Meals: All of your included meals will be served at the Main Dining/Faculty Dining Rooms in the Hahn University Center . The Breakfast times will be 7:00 - 8:00 am (dorm key req'd for admission) and Lunch is from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

Please notify USD in advance of any special dietary needs or physical restrictions you may have.

Check-Out: from 7-8 am on Friday. Storage for luggage will be provided for those individuals who are not leaving immediately upon check-out, but keys must be turned in to the check-out site by 8 am. Residents who lose or fail to turn in their keys at the time of check-out will be assessed a lost key charge of $65.00

Parking Permits: available at registration for the week-park in white and unreserved yellow spaces
