Hugh Henderson
AP* Physics B

 

Hugh Henderson taught AP Physics for over 20 years before becoming the K-12 Science Coordinator for the Birdville Independent School District in Ft. Worth, Texas in 2006. He received his B.S. in physics from Stephen F. Austin State University, Master of Arts in Physics and Teaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is currently a candidate for his Doctor of Education degree at Regent University in Virginia. He is a former member of the Advanced Placement Test Development Committee for physics, and currently serves as a National Consultant Trainer for the College Board. He is a recipient of the 1999 Siemens Award for Advanced Placement and the 2003 RadioShack National Teacher Award. He has authored several books and articles on test preparation, teacher training, science education, and the history of science.
