Print an application and mail it in with a check.


Print an application and fax it in with your credit card information (use for multiple registrants and schools).


Complete an application and pay with your credit card online (best for single registrants).

Note: your enrollment is not confirmed until you receive written notification with instructions for downloading orientation materials.
